PCT (Physical Competency Test) 
                    2009 Competition

On Wednesday 3 March 2009 a group of nine students from Tawa Intermediate travelled to Porirua Police College to compete in the PCT Challenge.

This challenge involved teams completing a course that included pushing a trailer, going under and over hurdles, climbing through a window, climbing both a 6 foot wall and a 10 foot huricane fence, and dragging a 70 kg dummy.

The two mixed teams of boys and girls came fourth and fifth.  The boys team came third.  The girls team did really well and came first.

We are looking to enter teams again in 2010.
